The acting Attorney General recommended the case to the favorable consideration of the court, and the acting Chief Justice called upon the Defendants to enter into Recognizances to appear for judgment when called upon. - Viz: -
Tamachoy himself in £1000, and two sureties in £500, each.
James Baker, himself in £500, and two sureties in £200, each.
Thomas Brazil, Peter Carey, William Haring, William Parker, themselves in £250 each.
